Place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
